Description

Real Estate Economics covers quantitative analysis of the viability and financial performance of development projects. You will learn to analyze the financial performance of new multifamily residential, retail, office, and mixed-use developments and the financial performance of income-producing properties. This will enable you to estimate the market potential for new residential, retail, and office space. In this course, you will develop an understanding of how urban design, public sector policy, and regulations interact to have a positive or negative influence on project success and city growth.
