Adding a minor

While pursing the Bachelor of Environmental Design, you have two options to add a minor to your studies:

Minor in Arts

A Minor in Arts consists of at least 18 upper-level credits in a single subject or field of specialization in the Faculty of Arts. This option gives you the flexibility to design your own course of study. The chair of the environmental design program must approve your proposal.

Minor in a specialization in the Faculty of Arts

A minor in a specialization requires a total of 30 credits in the specialization, 18 of which must be upper-level ones. Some specializations require certain courses, averages, and an application. Make sure you consult the department offering the minor you want to take. An advisor from the appropriate unit within the Faculty of Arts and the chair of the environmental design program must approve your proposed course of study.
