We will explore specialization and interdisciplinarity; methods of assembling consultant teams; how projects are managed and delivered; and cost control methods and tools. We will also consider the impacts of this disruptive age on the profession, and how they may inform practice business models. Finally, we will explore how a design practice’s public interest advocacy may be reconciled with entrepreneurship.
