GTA | DES 231: Site analysis and planning
Overview of duties
Attend lectures every week, assist instructor with in-class discussions, workshops, and tutorials. Be available outside of class for tutorials with students. Mark assignments if deemed necessary.
Qualifications
Current enrollment in MArch, MLA, or MASA/MASLA with knowledge of site analysis and planning. Strong leadership and organizational skills essential. Ability to explain subject matter clearly and logically. Ability to effectively lead discussion groups that facilitate student learning. Ability to effectively assist student learning by enabling different skill sets, including oral and verbal communications, problem solving, critical thinking, numeracy, teamwork, leadership, planning. Previous teaching experience working independently with undergraduates in highly interactive circumstance is preferred.
