GTA | DES 320: History of built environment

Winter 2025 term 1 Up to 2 open positions 90 hours total, approximately 7 hours per week at $38.65/hour

Overview of duties

Attend lecture and lead two weekly discussion sessions. Answer student inquiries. Mark assignments. Applicant must be able to be in lecture Tuesday and one Wednesday morning and one Thursday morning tutorial.

Qualifications

Current MArch or MLA student. Must be well-versed in architectural history. Ability to explain subject matter clearly and logically. Ability to effectively lead discussion groups that facilitate student learning. Ability to effectively assists student learning by enabling different sets of skills, including oral and verbal communications, problem solving, critical thinking, numeracy, teamwork, leadership, planning.
