Workplace Culture
Inclusion and safety are at the centre of the committee’s work. We operate by consensus rather than hierarchy, hearing from all members of the committee whether undergraduate students or senior faculty.

The student’s academic growth will be supported by offering limited and flexible work hours while the student is in courses, and by emphasizing important skills which are essential to academic success (good organization, communication, critical thinking, etc.).
