We currently offer one undergraduate and five graduate degrees. Please select from the following to view specific admission procedures:
This program is pending Ministry of Advanced Education, Skills & Training approval. We are unable to offer this program for the 2019 winter session. Subject to approval, we will accept applications to the direct-entry Bachelor of Design in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Urbanism program for the 2020 winter session (September 2020).
You will enter the Bachelor of Design in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, and Urbanism program either directly from secondary school or in your second year of university study, following the completion of one prior year of full-time, post-secondary study.
Each year, we admit the best applicants who demonstrate the ability to succeed through a review of academic performance and creative potential.
We receive many outstanding applications, and admission is competitive. Meeting the minimum university admission requirements does not guarantee admission to the program, and we cannot offer admission to all qualified applicants.
In addition to our admissions requirements for each program, please familiarize yourself with the minimum requirements, rules, and regulations of the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.
If you hold a pre-professional degree, the admissions committee may grant you advanced placement. If you are accepted into a graduate program, we will communicate details of any advanced placement offers in your admission letter.
Examples of degrees eligible for advanced placement:
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Bachelor of Arts (Architecture or Landscape Architecture)
- Bachelor of Environmental Design
- Bachelor of Building Technology
- Bachelor of Science (Architecture or Landscape Architecture)
